Opt-out

In accordance with California’s Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and California’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Halco has implemented the following changes:

• Customers can request that Halco does NOT share their email address with any third party for cross-context behavioral advertising using the form on this page.
  • Please note that Halco does not sell email addresses to third parties’ sales or solicitation companies. 
  • Halco does use third party software to send out our marketing / sales emails (on new products and promotions) which you can opt-out of (option on the email). 
  • Halco shares emails with service providers such as our transportation partners, factories for warranty claims, or accounting services as required to service your account.
• Customers can correct the personal data on the MYHALCO, using the edit function on the My Account section of the website.
